The written specification says what gets done on each visit, so nothing is left to memory.
Desks wiped, phones and keyboards cleaned, chairs and screens dusted.
Worktops, sinks, appliances outside and in, tables, and the bins emptied.
Toilets, urinals, basins, mirrors and floors cleaned, with soap, paper and hand towels restocked if you want us to.
The rooms your visitors see, kept to the standard you’d want them to judge you on.
Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped, with stairs and entrances included.
Emptied and relined, with recycling kept separate the way your building does it.
Offices usually change cleaner for the same reasons: a cleaner who didn’t turn up, a different person every week, or a standard that slipped after the first month.
We run it the other way round. You get a written specification before we start, a named supervisor, documented quality audits, and a dedicated client account manager who sorts things out when you ring. When your cleaner is on holiday or off sick, our own scheduling team arranges cover.
If you’re moving from another contractor and your current cleaners transfer under TUPE, we handle that too.
